I had treatment Wednesday after, calling up in a panic Tuesday day. Charlie and Craig were amazing really reassuring, friendly and down to earth, as I worked myself into a right state, I was very scared on edge. Bed Bug Heat Treatment In Gosport

Bed bugs tuck themselves into mattress seams, the joints of bed frames, headboards and skirting gaps, and they’re easy to bring home in luggage or second-hand furniture. Waking up with itchy bites, or seeing dark specks on the sheets, is often how people first find out.

We treat bed bugs with heat first. Big heaters are parked outside, and hot air is fed in through ducting until the rooms sit at about 60°C. At that temperature every life stage dies, eggs included. A residual spray goes down as standard to keep protecting the rooms afterwards. With heat doing the work, far fewer chemicals are used, and in most cases your furniture can stay put.

You should only need one visit for a heat treatment. Where we’ve treated a whole house or flat, tell us if there’s any sign of activity within 30 days and we’ll return. When you book, we’ll send you full preparation instructions.

For properties where heat isn’t suitable, there’s a chemical option: 3 to 4 sprays, one week apart. Every person and pet has to leave for at least 4 hours after each spray. Our bed bug heat treatment page explains more.
