We lightly filter the honey to remove small pieces of wax and natural debris while avoiding heavy processing. As a result, the honey keeps its natural flavour, aroma, and character while achieving a smooth soft set consistency.
The addition of lemon oil creates a fresh, bright taste that is both smooth and uplifting. Therefore, it is ideal spread on toast, crumpets, pancakes, stirred into tea, or enjoyed straight from the jar.
